I work in downtown Visalia, and this place has become a habit. I have a hard time enjoying a good cup of coffee now without one of their flakey buttery croissants to go with it. Paris bakeries have nothing on Max's.

On June 27th, 2015 you delivered a three tier cake to my daughters wedding. The presentation was stellar. Simply beautiful. The taste and texture? Hands down THE BEST cake I have EVER had. The couple hundred people would, and did echo my sentiment. You made the most important day in the life of my daughter and new husband even more special.
Without hesitation, I recommend your services to anyone having an event or celebration requiring only the best.

Found your Bakery by accident today, what a Great-Place... The Danish I had was like the Bakeries made when I was a young Man and the Lemon Bar Mom had was like She used to make ! Also, I rarely experience service that deserves talking about, but today your employee 'LUIS' made me feel like I was appreciated not just a number... For a young Man the respect and good will He shows is almost unheard of in the modern generations. Thank you for having a Great Bakery and thank you Luis for you, you are a fine young man !!! We will see you again...

Wow! This is a very exciting blog. I love pastries that's why I try to learn on my own different kinds of recipe. I started from baking brownies, at first, to be honest it is not easy. I have failed baking them, and I experienced burning some of them also. I had a hard to with the measurements because as a beginner, I find it hard to understand some of the instructions. Since, I was just learning all by myself, it tested my temper. I loved how your cookies are presented. It is very creative and fantastic.
