We will respond ASAP! If we have NOT responded to your request, we may have NOT received it, so please do NOT assume your order is on our schedule, until we have responded via email or phone.

Please make sure you are giving us adequate time to make your cake. We cannot guarantee you will make it onto our Baker's Docket if you are submitting a request for a cake you need in a short amount of time. When securing a date for your cake, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be requested.

If you are in a crunch, as we all have experienced at times, please call us or visit our Bakery so you may speak to us and see if arrangements are a possibility!
